How to purchase from Honeydew Wholesale

Open an wholesale account in our website is easy and fast!

Please review your order carefully, as it can not be modified once submitted.Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number.

After pay is a buy now pay later program. 

Pay for your purchase in four interest-free installments (due every two weeks).

We offer drop services. Simply fill your customers address in the shipping address field and leave us a note "drop shipping" when placing drop shipping orders. We'll remove the invoice and packing list from the package.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we offer shipping insurance for you order! If you have trouble tracking your package please contact the shipping company directly.

We may re stocking items that got most request from customers.

Also! We got adorable new arrivals every week, once they arrived we will post the information on our website and thought email, so come back and check with us!

Yes, absolutely! We encourage our customers to sell on any market, and please feel to use our images for showcase the products!

Out products are true to size! 

We also recommend to go up a little bit if you are in between, since kids grow so fast!

Our clothing mostly made of cotton & spandex blend, milk silk, linen, and bamboo viscose.

All our merchandise are featured in super soft and durable material.

Shipping

We offer a number of shipping options to fit your needs. You can choose from USPS or Fedex ground as standard shipping method which normally take about 3-6 days to deliver. Or upgrade to USPS priority 3 Day shipping or Next day for faster shipping speed.

Our turn around time is 1-2 business days. Packages ship every weekday. Monday through Friday!

Free shipping for orders over $999

Flat rate ground shipping $15 for orders over $40

Shipping charges for drop shipping starting from $6.99 up to $15 per order

Shipping charges to AK, HI, PR refer to the chart below.

Order issue & return

Please understand once the order has been placed it's hard to make any changes. 

Add item to order that hasn't been shipped.

We suggest to placing a new order. For each combined add on orders, partial shipping charges could be refunded after order shipped out.

Cancelling a order

We accept cancellation requests that made within 1 hour the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. 

We truly hope you love your purchase! 

All claims for damages, defects, and missing pieces must be reported within 3 DAYS OF THE RECEPTION DATE to ensure that these things occurred prior or during the shipment.

If you received damaged or wrong goods, please have the images of all the damaged items ready and upload through the link.

Please have your Order number & company name & your issue ( Like: Item Defective, Wrong Item, Missing Item)

And send us a picture of the defective or wrong item.

We'll get back to you ASAP! 

Due to high demand, please allow 24-48 hrs for a reply.

· All non-defective returns must be returned within 5 days of the date your order is delivered. And a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. All holiday items and sales items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return. If your return is postmarked after our 5-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.  

· All defective items must be returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date.

· All returns items must be unworn and unwashed, must with original packaging condition

· For all returns, please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.
