Yes, we have a size chart available on our website for reference. You can find it at https://honeydewusa.com/pages/size-chart. Our products are true to size, however, we recommend going up a size if you are in between as kids grow quickly.
Our clothing is crafted from a variety of high-quality materials, including a blend of soft and durable cotton and spandex, milk silk for a silky touch, linen for a natural breathable feel, and bamboo viscose for a sustainable option. We ensure that all our merchandise is not only stylish but also comfortable for the little ones to wear.
We understand that certain items may sell out quickly and we may restock them based on customer demand. To be informed when an item is back in stock, please sign up to receive notifications from the product page and add the item to your wishlist by clicking the heart icon. We'll send you an email once it is back in stock!

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we offer shipping insurance for your order. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact the shipping company directly.

We offer drop shipping services. Simply fill in your customer's address in the shipping address field and leave us a note "drop shipping" when placing drop shipping orders. We'll remove the invoice and packing list from the package.
The return policy for drop shipping orders is the same as for non-drop shipping orders.
We also offer a Sync App called "SyncLogic" to connect your Shopify store with our store. This service is ONLY available for Customers who have spent $5000 or more with Honeydew. To get connected with Honeydew, please send an email titled "SyncLogic Request" with your business name and Honeydew account email to service@honeydewusa.com

Please review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted. Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number.

Order issue & return
We can edit your order within 2 business hours after it has been placed; i.e., changing the size, or removing an item(s).
We CAN NOT add items to an order, or combine orders at any time.
Our customer care team operates between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM PT Monday through Friday. If you place the order after those hours, you will have until 10 AM the next business day to edit your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but may not be able to if the order has already been fulfilled in our warehouse or shipped out.
Please Submit Your Request at Edit Order
Add/Remove Items: If you ordered through our mobile app, please note that we are unable to add products to your order. Please place a new order for any additions needed.
a. Each order can only submit one request for product modification.
b. To add additional products, it is recommended to place a new order. If both the new and original orders are processed simultaneously, a $5 shipping cost refund will be provided.
c. In case of price differences for order modifications, a new invoice must be paid. Please check your email and promptly submit the payment.
d. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 1-3 business days.
e. Modifying an order is not guaranteed and depends on the current order processing status.
Canceling an Order(30% re-stocking fee may apply based on order status):
a. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
b. Please note that we may refuse future transactions if you cancel over 3 orders within one year.
c. We will try to cancel your order upon request, but cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order's current status.
Change Address
Address modifications are not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to update the address based on the current status of the order. Please note that once the order has shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the address.
Within 5 days of the delivery date of the package, we accept returns, and a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. The order is unable to be returned after 5 days.
Eligibility for Returns
- The returned item needs to be undamaged, unworn, unwashed,and in the same condition as when you first received it.
- Return items need to be in its original packaging.
- Please include your Order Number inside the package to help us process your return as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Exempt Goods for Returns
- Items on Sale
- Items purchased for holidays (which cannot be returned within four weeks of the related holiday)

Damaged Goods
- Please email us at service@honeydewusa.com
- Please provide the pictures of the damaged/defective goods
- Be sure to include the order number with the exact item SKU number in the email
- Once received above info we will:
- Replace the item if it is in stock.
- Issue store credit if it is out of stock.
Refund Method
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a refund notification. Your refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping Cost:
- You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item if you did not purchase Shipping Protection at the time of checkout.
- Shipping costs & Shipping Protection are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return to Sender Package:
- If we have received a package back as a Return to Sender this means there is an error with the shipping address provided.
- Our customer care will contact you to verify your shipping address.
- If the package is being reshipped, the customer will need to pay a shipping fee.
- If a customer decides they no longer want the package we will refund the order and charge a 30% re-stocking fee, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Rewards Program
Yes, you can redeem your points for rewards at any time while they are valid.
Yes, you can use your rewards on any qualifying order. However, please note that rewards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Step 1: Locate the Rewards Button You can find the Rewards button on the bottom right corner of our webpage. Look for the button with the word "Rewards" written on it
Step 2: Access Your Points After clicking on the Rewards button, you will be taken to the rewards page. Here, you can view the number of points you have accumulated. Your current point balance will be displayed.
Step 3: Earn Points To accumulate more points, click on the "Earn Points" option. This will present you with various opportunities to earn points. Follow the instructions provided to complete the tasks or actions that allow you to earn points.
Step 4: Redeem Points When you are ready to redeem your points, click on the "Redeem Points" option. This will take you to the redemption page. Here, you can browse through the available rewards and choose the ones you wish to redeem with your accumulated points.
Step 5: View Redeemed Rewards After redeeming your points, you can check your redeemed rewards in the "My Rewards" section. This page will display the rewards you have claimed. You can utilize any discount codes associated with these rewards during the checkout process.
Step 6: Check Transaction History To review all your transaction records, go to the "My Balance" section. This section will provide you with a comprehensive overview of all your past transactions, including the points earned and redeemed.

You will earn one point for every dollar you spend on qualifying orders. Points will be automatically added to your account after the order is completed.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Rewards are valid for 90 days from the date of redemption. You must use the reward within this time period.
Yes, currently this program is only available on our website.
Shipping
- We now offer shipping insurance for your order. By default, it is added automatically unless you uncheck the option in your shopping cart. In most cases, the cost is less than $1. This insurance covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit and eliminates the need to deal with USPS claims. To file a claim, please email us at service@honeydewusa.com.
- After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address associated with your account.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

- Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping costs, which can vary based on the original shipping method selected.

- Standard shipping (via USPS or FedEx ground) generally takes 3-6 days to deliver
- Upgrade options available for faster shipping speed (USPS priority 3 Day or Next Day)
- Turnaround time is 1-2 business days
- Packages ship every weekday (Monday through Friday)
- Drop shipping charges the same based on the order amount.

Combined order shipping refund:
- We offer a refund of up to $5 for each additional combined order. Please note that our ability to combine orders is dependent on the current processing status of our warehouse. If an invoice has already been printed, we cannot modify the order and they will be shipped separately. For instance, if two orders are combined and both require $15 shipping, we can refund $5 for the second order.
