UPS ground is our default shipping method. Which usually takes 2-6 business days to deliver. Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the order value.

We do our best to process orders within 1-2 days if everything you ordered are in stock. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur.

 

Drop Shipping

We offer drop shipping to our customers as well. Please leave us a note when placing drop shipping orders. We'll remove the invoice from the package.

 

Returns

Email us at order@honeydewusa.com regarding all returns and concerns, for proper return authorizations and problem resolutions.
All claims for damages, defects, and missing pieces must be reported within 2 DAYS OF THE RECEPTION DATE to ensure that these things occurred prior or during the shipment. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Because of the nature of our deals and the deep discounts we offer, all purchases are final.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling.
